Port Gaverne

Port Gaverne is one of the most beautiful coves on the north coast of Cornwall. In an area largely owned by the National Trust, it is totally unspoilt and ideal for a carefree, relaxed holiday.

Enjoy the magnificent scenery and wildlife around Port Gaverne. The wide sweep of Port Isaac Bay, with its cliffs and coves, the wild expanse of Bodmin Moor is just a short drive away – the whole area is a paradise for walkers and naturalists.

Just 10 minutes walk away is the historic fishing village of Port Isaac, with shops, hotels and restaurants. Narrow streets tumble down to the harbour where crab and lobster are landed daily in season and sold from the fish cellars.

We are within easy reach of Tintagel, Padstow, Boscastle, the gardens of Pencarrow and the National Trust house and gardens of Lanhydrock, the Eden Project, and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Cornwall has something for everybody within an hour’s drive of Port Gaverne.
